Welcome to Blidworth Oaks Primary and Nursery School.
We are a friendly village school that is pleased to serve the families of Blidworth and beyond. The school’s name reflects our rural situation and the fact that we aim to support our children to grow from little acorns into mighty learners!
Our school has a shared set of ‘Values’ upon which all the work in our school is based and help is to make a happy and supportive environment to learn in. Our ‘Values’ are:
We think it is important that our children learn to know what these values mean and that they grow up living these values in their own lives.
We believe in giving our children quality learning experiences that are both enjoyable and challenging at the same time. We also believe in giving our children a range of quality life experiences through our RSHE curriculum, Values days, trips, residentials and our after school clubs - The BOPZONE!
We want Blidworth Oaks to be seen as an important part of our local community and we can often be seen out and about in the locality. We also value the partnerships that we have with parents and visitors to our school.
If you would like to find out more then please don’t hesitate to contact us via the school office where someone will be pleased to talk to you. You could also access our Facebook Page by following the link above. You will always receive a warm welcome in our school.
